What would we do without Emily!? Thankfully this is purely a rhetorical question as we wouldn’t be where we are now without her. Riker has been walking with Emily since January and she has helped tremendously with his adolescence working with us to increase his (and my) confidence and to get through the myriad of things that pop up with teenage dogs (like horses) positively and with so much patience! I can trust Emily with Riker 100%. I know he is safe and well looked after as Emily takes everything from the weather to each particular dog’s needs into account when planning her walks. Riker is always eager for his walks and comes home super tired and happy! The Pet Parent Portal is excellent for messages and information on bookings and invoicing too. The post walk updates are invaluable as are the beautiful photos! We’re so happy to have found Tails and Trails!

Eva absolutely loves her walks. I know my fur baby is looked after while I’m working, receiving great updates and ace photos of their walk. She never judges any dogs behaviour and always works with them so they can enjoy the walk and surroundings. Eva is always so happy after her walks and dog park adventures. Thank you! x

Emily has been fantastic with my dog Elton, can’t thank her enough. Eltons previous dog walker couldn’t handle his reactivity following being attacked by a dog last year/wanting to play with other dogs. I was in a panic about finding someone else, she came over that day and put me at ease. She is so patient and kind with him. She gives a full report with pictures and updates each walk, she reflects the same training I’m doing with him at home. She always remembers to get treat balls/kongs out the fridge to leave him after walks. Shes even been willing to try him on group walks instead of individual, to build up his socialising and because it now fits better with timings with my new work routine. I feel confident hes in great hands and always enjoys his walks. Thanks so much Emily! x

Amazing company and Emily who runs it is just lovely, very organised, caring and personable. She is great with our 1 and half year old Viz who adores her and is always excited to go on walks with Emily. Emily always feeds back how the walk has been and passes on relevant information and pick up and drop off is also well scheduled and easy. Thanks so much!

Emily was instantly a big hit with the boys. After every walk we have a walk debrief, pictures and clean dogs (which is a miracle given the swamp monster that one of them is). Emily has been super accommodating, reliable and trustworthy!

Bruno absolutely loves Emily, he comes home well exercised, happy, clean and content. Love the pics and reports. Emily is extremely trustworthy and an all round lovely person. She clearly knows a lot about dogs and am very grateful to have her walk Bruno.

Very happy having my boy with tails and trails . Emily is a really lovely accommodating person and always tries to help if I have sudden shift changes. I feel very confident that my Pablo is safe and cared for and that means everything.

Emily has been absolutely fantastic with our puppy Jasper. She is trustworthy, reliable and always sends the best updates and pictures so i know the little guy is happy while im at work. She even brings the bins in on bin day! Cant fault her, thank you Emily xx

Emily is lovely and very friendly, our dog Milo loves going out on walk with her. He gets very excited when he sees her van and comes back very happy. Her communication is fantastic and provide updates and photos in app. Highly recommended

Emily is really friendly, trustworthy and reliable. It puts me at ease knowing Hunter was being so well looked after, I can see he has enjoyed his walks from the pictures sent to me, which is also a lovely addition to her service. Hunter sleeps well after his walks so we know he’s been thoroughly worn out!

Wow! What can I say about Emily at tails and trails... my dogs absolutely adore her! They go on varied and forfilling hour long walks on my office days and sleep till I get home! I get regular updates including pictures and videos and know they have had a wonderful time with a very loving and competent professional. Thank you Emily for all you do for us!

We used Tails and Trails for the first time for our two cats. We were unsure about having a stranger attend to our cats whilst we were away but no longer wanted to use a cattery. Emily came to visit us at home initially and met our girls. She made us feel at ease straight away and answered all of our questions. Emily was very thorough and uploaded everything to the app so we could review before our holiday. The whole process was really easy. We had to change the food for the cats at the last minute and Emily happily took some additional time to ensure she was clear on the new regime. Once we were away, Emily sent us photos and kept us updated on how the girls were which really put our minds at rest. Whilst the cats clearly missed us they were happier than they normally are when we’ve been away. The final touch of ensuring we were home to ensure our cats would be looked after was brilliant. We would highly recommend using Tails and Trails Pet Services. Fantastic service and Emily is great. Thank you!

I booked Tails and Trails Pet Services for the first time to look after my cat whilst I went away for a few days. Emily visited my house to meet my cat and explain to me what her pet sitting service involved. The app that is used is really good and made it easy to contact Emily. I have been really impressed with Emily's friendly, kind, caring and professional approach and I'd definitely recommend Tails and Trails Pet Services.

I would highly recommend Tails and Trails. When we needed a new dog walker, we needed to find someone who took all Bella's needs into consideration.

Emily has worked wonders with Bella her recall is amazing now and she waits when asked. You can see how much Bella loves her walks and gets so excited when she sees Emily opening the gate.

What can i say! Emily is just a Gem! We have used her services a few times now to look after our rather awkward cat and she always goes above and beyond to looks after Peanut and the plants!

Emily is the best cat sitter we have ever had! The app she uses is a great way to stay in touch, we always receive lovely photos when we are away to put our mind at rest that our cat is well looked after. Can’t recommend enough!

Emily was great with our cat whilst we were away, I could tell from the first visit that he would be happy with the visits from her. We were kept up to date daily on how he was and even sent photos of him enjoying a cuddle too 😊. Thank you so much! It was so nice to be away not having to worry about if our cat was ok. Emily at Tails and Trails has been walking our two dogs for the past year and she is wonderful with them. They get very excited when she arrives to take them out and she sends us detailed updates after every walk, usually with lots of photos. Emily has also reinforced some of the training we've done with the dogs, like working on their recall and listening skills. We would highly recommend Emily - she is friendly, professional, organised and our dogs love her!

We cannot recommend Emily highly enough. She has taken amazing care of all of our pets (cat, gecko, snake) and we would love to use her services again.

Emily is amazing with my super energetic dog. She’s always flexible and willing to help where possible. I get the cutest report card and pictures off their walk each time. My dog Louis always has the best time and is always happy to see Emily. Highly recommend

Emily looked after our two cats whilst we were away and was great. She popped round well before our trip to learn the lay of the land for our house and cats, then checked in before we left to check nothing had changed. Once we were away Emily gave detailed daily updates with lots of photos, and managed to become friends with our skittish ginger boy. Could not recommend Emily’s services for cat sitting more. We will be using her again!

Emily has provided excellent care for our cat, who is always happy to see her. She is very kind and really cares about the animals that she looks after. It always makes me smile to see photos and videos when we are away. Also has done some very helpful extras for us including taking out the bins and watering the plants! Would recommend

Emily has been doing drop ins and walks with our Labrador for over a year, since he was an 8 week puppy, and we have no idea what we’d do without her! He is always so happy to see her when she comes through the door and we feel 100% confident that he’s cared for and safe whenever he’s with her. We love the detailed reports and photos we get after each visit or walk too! He wouldn’t be the dog he is today without Emily so we couldn’t recommend highly enough!
